The Gloria Hat in Cafe with Chinstrap has a a flat crown and slightly upturned brim. The black grosgrain ribbon circles the crown of the hat and the chinstrap ribbons drop from inside the hat. The straps can be worn under the chin, on the back of the head or tied around the neck with the hat draped over your shoulders.
